Denny Esford practices commercial litigation in state and federal court in Chicago. Denny primarily handles breach of contract, business torts, trade secret and related disputes, as well as copyright and trademark infringement claims. He also handles Cook County property tax appeals for commercial and high-end residential clients.
Meghan Stokes has counseled and advised numerous small business owners in legal areas critical to their success. Meghan joined Windy City Trial Group in March of 2017, bringing extensive transactional experience and perspective to compliment Windy City’s litigation practice.
Dan joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in April 2018. A law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Dan received CALI Awards (highest class grade) in Trial Advocacy and Litigation Technology. Dan won a spot on the Chicago Kent Trial Team, honing his advocacy skills at the local and national level. This led to trusted legal research and drafting support to trial attorneys at two Chicago law firms in the areas of personal injury and product liability law while still in law school.
Emily Desmonie joined Windy City Trial Group as an associate attorney in August 2016. She was previously a major contributor to the firm’s blog and continues to manage its social media platform. Emily received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2015 with a certificate in Intellectual Property and was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
